    Yes, live tracking links are provided for all deliveries.

  • Can my customer track their orders?

    Yes, an email will be sent to the recipient with their tracking link. On delivery day, we send a text with their 2-hour delivery window and another 20-minutes before delivery where the recipient can watch our truck in real time.

  • Do you provide proof of delivery?

    Yes, a POD will be provided in the tracking link and will be maintained there for 7 days.

  • What are your customer service hours?

    Our customer service team is online to assist you and your customers by email or phone from 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday.

  • Can you delivery to restaurants with specific time windows?

    Yes, we maintain a database of thousands of restaurants and their required delivery windows.

  • How do I submit orders?

    We accept orders via email PDF or Excel Template
